Small Talk At The Supermarket - English Dialogue

A short dialogue between two people in the supermarket

Karen: This store is really busy on the weekends.

Sandy: Yes, I know. I try not to come here on the weekends, but sometimes I have no choice.

Karen: That is a good idea. I need to come one the weekend, because I work all week, and the only time I have is on the weekends.

Sandy: Yes, I understand it is not easy to work, and take care of kids.

Karen: Very true.

Sandy: I do try to come really early on the weekends, so it is not so busy.

Karen: That is a good idea. I should try to come earlier too.

Sandy: Yes, if you get here when the store first opens, than it is not so bad.

Karen: That is a good idea. I will try to come earlier, because now the lines are really long.

Sandy: True, even the self checkout lines are long.

Karen: I know it gets worse and worse all the time.

Sandy: Ture. It was nice talking to you.

Karen: Yes, you too.
