What are pronouns?
- Pronouns are used instead of a noun.
- A pronoun can be used either as the subject or the object of the sentence.
- Most of the time a pronoun refers to something already mentioned or understood by the listener or reader.
Examples of pronouns:
- They go to the store.
- Who wants to go to the movies?
- Tammy drives her car to work.
- She is a good student.
- Everyone like my mother.
