English Grammar Present Simple Verb Tense - Negative Sentences
The present simple tense is used for regular actions:
- Actions that happen all the time.
- "Do" is used for I/we/they & plural subjects
- "Does" is used for he/she/it & singular subjects.
- "Note" do/does is used to make a sentence negative.
Subject + Do/Does + Not + Base Verb + _________.

- I do not go to high school.
- We do not walk to work.

Note:
- It = 3rd person singular - dog, girl, house, book city etc.
- They = 3rd person plural - dogs, girls, house, city etc..
