Grammar rules for the preset perfect tense:
The auxiliary verb "to be" changes according to the sentence's subject.
Add -ing to base form the verb of the main verb
Negative Statements -: "not" is added between the verb "to be" and the main verb
Questions - the order for questions is reversed. The verb "to be" comes before the subject.
