Just - Still - Already - FinishJust – is used when something happens very very recently
- Mary just called 2 minutes ago.
- Julie has just arrived a few minutes ago.
- I just finished my dinner.
Still – is used when the action is not completed
- Jeff I am still at work, I did not leave yet.
- Joe is still working at the same place for over 20 years.
- Are you still eating?
Already – is used for an action that been completed sooner then you expected
- The girls already did there homework; before I got home.
- Mom, your are home already?
Finish – is used when something is complete
- I finished all my dinner, now I am going to take a walk.
- The girls finished all their homework; now they can go and play.
