When your looking to rent an apartment/house, there are many different types of housing you can choose, here are some types of housing
Condominium/Condo - Is a housing unit where the owner owns only the housing unit, the land is shared by everyone. A condominium also know as a condo, can be mutable floors.
Town House - The owner owns the unit and the land, so a town house can't be more then 2 or 3 floors. Townhouses usually have outdoor space. Townhouses are usually attached on one side or both sides of the house. Townhouses usually have communal free, and the communal fees can cover the upkeep of the roof, grounds, shared areas such as pool, tennis courts etc.
