Positive Statements
subject + main verb + _________.
Main Verb - stays in the base form, except for the 3rd person singular -s or -es is added to the end of the verb.

Negative Statements
subject + auxiliary verb + not + main verb + _________?
Auxiliary Verbs- The auxiliary verb "do or does" is added after the subject. "Does" is used for 3rd person singular subjects
- "not" is added after the auxiliary verb
- the main verb stays in the base form
